3. Discount Policy

We may offer discount codes from time to time. Kindly note:

Each code is valid for one-time use only.
If an order is canceled after a code is used, the code will not be reactivated.
Only one discount code can be applied per order.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified.
We reserve the right to cancel any suspected bulk orders intended for resale or fraudulent activity.

5. Exchange Policy

Trimis does not offer returns or COD. However, we accept exchanges in the case of damaged or defective products.

Exchange Process:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Ensure the product is unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging with tags.
After validation, we’ll send a replacement or issue store credit if the item is out of stock.
Products mistakenly sent to us that were not purchased from Trimis will not be processed or returned.

6. Shipping Policy

Free shipping is offered on all prepaid orders.
We do not provide Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate.
