Exchange Policy

Not loving what you received?
We’re here to help! You can request an exchange within 4 days of receiving your order in case of any damage or issue with the product.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
- Email us at support@ssshoppingsite.com with your order number and reason for exchange
- We’ll send you a prepaid return label to make it easy for you
Processing Your Exchange:
- Once we receive the returned product (unused and unopened), we’ll process your exchange within 3–5 business days
- You’ll receive an email with a new tracking number for your replacement product

After placing an order, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to stay updated on your order status.
