As a result, we do not accept cancellations after order submission.

Once confirmed, an order cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed in any way.
We request customers to double-check all details before completing the purchase.

Refund Policy

At Trimis, customer satisfaction is a top priority. However, we follow a strict no-refund policy.

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstance, including but not limited to change of mind, duplicate orders, or delayed delivery due to external conditions.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.
